This one-hour yoga class is, like, totally perfect for beginners. You'll move and breathe your way through gentle poses, all set to some righteous 80s jams – think classic hits and some rad deep cuts. It's a unique way to chill out, connect with your bod, and enjoy some seriously good music in a relaxed, no-stress atmosphere.

So, grab your leg warmers (or don't!), crimp your hair (or don't!), and let the synth beats and power ballads guide your practice. It's gonna be awesome!
