Join us at 10am on Saturday, August 2nd at The Listyning Room to enjoy Yacht Rock Yoga, an hour-long, beginner-friendly session accompanied by tunes from artists like Christopher Cross, Michael McDonald, Boz Scaggs, Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan, Seals and Croft, Kenny Loggins, and many more! Move, groove, and sail away in a relaxed, no-stress atmosphere.
All music is played back on spectacular hi-fi stereo equipment.
$10 donation to attend. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and prepare to flow to some of the greats. We have a lot of great songs and movement planned. so doors open at 9:30am and class starts promptly at 10am.
Led by Kristen Swann. member of the Listyn community and supporter of C4RM. Kristen, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified teacher, teaches Yoga Basics and Hatha Flow at Waldo's Yoga Patch and seeks to make her classes accessible to yogis of all levels. We'll explore foundational yoga poses…
