Join us at 10am on Saturday, February 7 to Flow into February at The Listyning Room with Love Songs! An hour-long, beginner-friendly Yoga session accompanied by classic love songs from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and more. These flows will be on point, and the music will be warm and welcoming.

About the event
Join us at 10am on Saturday, January 3 to Flow into the New Year at The Listyning Room with Mellow Gold! An hour-long, beginner-friendly Yoga session accompanied by 70s soft rock classics.
All music is played back on spectacular hi-fi stereo equipment.
$10 donation to attend. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and prepare to flow to some of the greats. We have a lot of great songs and movement planned. so doors open at 9:30am and class starts promptly at 10am.
Led by Kristen Swann. member of the Listyn community and supporter of C4RM. Kristen, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified teacher, teaches Yoga Basics and Hatha Flow at Waldo's Yoga Patch and seeks to make her classes accessible to yogis of all levels. We'll explore foundational yoga poses ("asanas"), linking breath ("pranayama") to movement while enjoying some very motivational music.
