Join us March 7th for Yoga with Irish Music at The Listyning Room! An hour-long, beginner-friendly Yoga session. This won't just be Irish Folk music (though there will be a little) but a celebration of Irish music across genres and decades, accompanying some of Kristen's carefully curated flows.

Join us at 10am on Saturday, March 7 to for Yoag with Irish Music at The Listyning Room! An hour-long, beginner-friendly Yoga session. Celerbating the month of March with music from across the Irish specturm. This won't just be Irish Folk music (though there will be a little) but a celebration of Irish music across genres and decades, accompanying some of Kristen's carefully curated flows.
All music is played back on cool hi-fi stereo equipment.$10 donation to attend. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and prepare to flow to some of the greats. We have a lot of great songs and movement planned. so doors open at 9:30am and class starts promptly at 10am.
