All music is played back on cool hi-fi stereo equipment.$10 donation to attend. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and prepare to flow to some of the greats. We have a lot of great songs and movement planned. Our doors open at 9:30am and class starts promptly at 10am.
Led by Kristen Swann. member of the Listyn community and supporter of C4RM. Kristen, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified teacher, teaches Yoga Basics and Hatha Flow at Waldo's Yoga Patch and seeks to make her classes accessible to yogis of all levels.
