Join us at 10am on Saturday, September 6th at The Listyning Room to enjoy Alt Rock Yoga, an hour-long, beginner-friendly session accompanied by songs from bands like The Cure, Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Glass Animals, White Stripes, and many more! Work away your angst and anxiety in a relaxed, no-stress atmosphere.
All music is played back on spectacular hi-fi stereo equipment.
$10 donation to attend. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and prepare to flow to some of the greats. We have a lot of great songs and movement planned. so doors open at 9:30am and class starts promptly at 10am.
Led by Kristen Swann. member of the Listyn community and supporter of C4RM. Kristen, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified teacher, teaches Yoga Basics and Hatha Flow at Waldo's Yoga Patch and seeks to make her classes accessible to yogis of all levels. We'll explore foundational yoga poses…
